Senior Solicitor/Associate – Commercial Property

As a Commercial Property Solicitor at Rothera Bray, you will manage a varied and stimulating caseload, advising a diverse portfolio of clients including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and commercial occupiers. You will work on matters including:

  • Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
  • Commercial leases (granting, renewing, and terminating)
  • Development site acquisition and disposal
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Secured lending and property finance
  • Corporate support on commercial transactions

You will be supported by a collaborative and experienced team, with access to high-quality work and opportunities for continued professional development.
