  • The team act in high-profile, high-value medical negligence claims, often involving life-changing outcomes for patients and their families.
  • You will lead complex, high-value clinical negligence cases, including catastrophic birth injuries, surgical errors, misdiagnoses, and other serious medical incidents.
  • Maintain and grow your established professional network and reputation.
  • Mentor and support the development of junior team members.
  • Play an active role in business development and thought leadership within the field of medical negligence.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • A qualified solicitor with at least 7 years’ PQE.
  • Experienced in handling complex, high-value medical negligence claims.
