A top client of ours is seeking a diligent Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of one year post-qualification experience to join their dynamic team. With a generous starting salary of £50,000 and upwards DOE, this role promises not only financial reward but also a balanced approach to work-life integration through hybrid working arrangements.

The successful candidate will immerse themselves in a variety of high-calibre commercial property matters, contributing to a department renowned for its expertise and client-focused approach. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions.

- Provide expert legal advice to a broad client base, including investors, developers, and corporate entities.

- Negotiate and draft complex commercial agreements.

- Work closely with senior solicitors and partners to deliver strategic legal solutions.

Essential Skills and Experience:

- At least 1 year PQE as a Commercial Property Solicitor.

- A robust understanding of commercial property law.

- Proven track record of managing transactions with precision and commercial acumen.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
