Overview

An award-winning, forward-thinking, multi-service law firm is looking for a Children Panel Solicitor (or CILEx) to join their highly regarded Family Department in West London.

Responsibilities
  • Handle a varied child care law caseload – public law, child protection, SGO, and adoption.
  • Represent parents, guardians, children, foster/kinship carers, and adopters.
  • Undertake advocacy where possible for consistency of representation.
  • Collaborate with accredited specialists and contribute to the growth of the team.
About You
  • Solicitor or Legal Executive.
  • Law Society Children Law accreditation or desire to gain.
  • Advocacy experience and strong knowledge of child care law.
  • Passionate about publicly funded work.
  • Strong client care, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines.
  • A following would be an advantage but not essential.
