This is a rare opportunity for a newly qualified commercial property solicitor to join a highly regarded regional firm where you’ll be exposed to high-calibre work and supported by a collaborative team from day one.

You’ll support high-quality commercial property work with early responsibility, working within a supportive, tight-knit team with no hierarchy and a strong regional reputation.

The role offers hybrid working, great progression opportunities, and free on-site parking. You will initially handle lower-complexity matters and support major transactions up to £20m, learning directly from experienced senior lawyers.

Within six months, you’ll manage your own caseload; within a year, you'll be fully integrated and recognized as a key team member. By year two, there’s potential to step into a mid-level associate role, mentoring others and expanding your client-facing experience.

This position is ideal for someone seeking a long-term career in commercial property without the rigid culture or long hours typical of some city firms.
