Overview

A Senior Family Lawyer is sought by a long established Essex Law firm that has grown substantially over recent years. Several high profile hires, fantastic modern offices and a culture and ethos second to none, has seen this firm now recognised as one of this region’s leading names. Described as very forward thinking, with a clear strategy, this impressive law firm wish to grow substantially in the next twelve months.

The Family team provides a broad spectrum of legal advice to clients and handles a range of areas including divorce and separation, ending a civil partnership, unmarried couples, ending an unmarried or cohabiting relationship, resolving the financial issues on divorce, civil partnership dissolution and separation, resolving children issues including parenting arrangements and relocation abroad, relationship agreements including living together / cohabitation agreements, prenuptial agreements, declarations of trust / property ownership agreements and separation agreements, injunctions, collaborative law, mediation and alternative dispute resolution.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute as a senior member of the Family team and contribute to the growth of the department with a view to heading the department in the not too distant future.
  • Provide high-quality family law advice and representation across the listed areas.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, identify opportunities for business development and support succession planning.
