Our client's Private Funds practice at this top US firm, is highly rated. With over 30 lawyers in the team, the practice attracts work from high profile and well established fund sponsors through to newly emerging clients.

Owing to continued growth the team is looking to recruit a bright 2-6PQE Associate / Senior Associate. Working collectively and collaboratively, this individual will be responsible for advising on some the largest and highest value fund formation and structures.

Responsibilities

• Advise on fund formation and structures for high‑value private funds.
• Collaborate with a large, globally recognised Private Funds practice to deliver on complex client mandates.
• Contribute to the development of client relationships and the firm’s market standing in the Private Funds space.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years’ PQE as a Funds lawyer (Associate or Senior Associate level).
• Experience advising on fund formation and related structural issues.
