The successful candidate will manage a variety of disputes for commercial and private clients, with a focus on property-related litigation. - NQ to 5 years of experience in Commercial/Civil Disputes.

- Handle property-related litigation (about 40% of work).

A prestigious and renowned Essex-based law firm wishes to recruit a Civil/Commercial Disputes Lawyer. One of the largest law firms in Essex, with a reputation for honesty and excellence, they act for a broad range of clients across the firm that include public companies, pension funds, banks, British and European retailers and leisure operators.
- Manage a broad range of Commercial and Civil Disputes for commercial businesses and private individuals.
- Handle a significant proportion of property-related litigation (approximately 40%).
- Provide high levels of client contact and service to leading private and public businesses in East Anglia.
- Between NQ and 5 years of experience in Commercial/Civil Disputes.
- Experience or strong exposure to property-related litigation.
- Meticulous, driven and approachable with strong client-facing skills.
