A well-established regional law firm in Kent is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its friendly and professional team. Known for its longstanding client relationships and commitment to quality service, the firm offers a supportive environment with genuine scope for autonomy and progression.

The Role
You'll manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions. The firm values a client-focused approach and encourages direct client contact.

The Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years' experience handling residential conveyancing files independently
  • Confident in managing transactions from start to finish
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, high-trust environment
  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer preferred, though experienced fee-earners will be considered

What's on Offer

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • Collegiate team culture with low staff turnover
