They have a vacancy for a private client solicitor to handle the following responsibilities:
- Dealing with administration of estates from start to finish.
- Drafting, preparation, and attesting of Wills.
- Providing advice on Inheritance Tax, Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, and Tax Mitigation.
- Drafting Trust documents.
- Taking instructions and advising as necessary regarding Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Drafting Powers of Attorney.
- Court of Protection matters.
- Proven experience in business development.
- SFE and STEP membership are an advantage.
You should demonstrate a confident, friendly approach and a keenness to progress.
