Property Litigation Solicitor – NQ-5 years PQE

Are you a Trainee Solicitor close to qualifying with ambitions to specialise in Property Litigation? Or perhaps you're a Property Litigation Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE, looking to advance your career with a leading law firm?

This forward-thinking Legal 500 firm in Bournemouth, with a proven track record of success, is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its thriving Property Litigation department. You’ll be part of a supportive team dedicated to your progression and development.

The firm offers flexible hybrid working, allowing you to balance time between the office and home.

As a Property Litigation Solicitor, your role will involve:

  • Managing a varied caseload, including high-value and complex disputes related to land use, lease renewals, breaches of covenant, rent and service charge recovery, and landlord-tenant matters
  • Learning from and collaborating with recognised Partners in the department
  • Developing your business skills to attract new clients and build your own caseload

This is an exciting opportunity for career growth, and the firm is eager to begin interviews soon.
