Job summary
A leading technology firm is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to manage contracts, assist with negotiations, and support day-to-day legal operations. Ideal candidates are UK-qualified lawyers with around 2 years of experience, preferably in tech or Enterprise B2B SaaS. You'll partner with cross-functional teams, deliver clear legal advice, and contribute to the company’s ESG initiatives. A competitive compensation package includes share options and generous PTO. - Around 2 years of relevant legal experience, suitable for a junior role.
- Experience in technology business or Enterprise B2B SaaS preferred.
- Interest in technology and proactive stakeholder support.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution and record-keeping of contracts.
- Provide regular status reporting on signed agreements.
- Negotiate Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (MNDAs).
- Handle supplier onboarding documentation and renewals.
- Monitor supplier renewal timelines.
- Support the company's ESG initiatives.
- Draft subscription order forms for new customers.
- Provide day-to-day legal support across the business.
