They are looking for a talented Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with around 2‑3 years PQE to take the next step in their career.
- Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive
- Location: Buckinghamshire
- Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 per annum
Reporting to the Head of Private Client, you will manage your own caseload and advise clients on a wide range of matters including:
- Wills and Estate Administration
- Court of Protection
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Drafting Deeds of Variation
- Inheritance Tax Planning
- Trusts
- A qualified solicitor or legal executive in England and Wales with 2+ years of PQE in Private Client law.
- Someone with strong business development skills.
- A keen eye for detail with a strong legal acumen.
- 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays and Christmas closure.
- Private medical insurance.
- Competitive bonus structure.
