£80,000 + bonus

A highly regarded law firm with an outstanding reputation for quality, culture and client service is seeking a Senior Associate Employment Solicitor to join its Manchester practice.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a genuinely balanced role, combining high-level advisory work with the autonomy to run your own employment cases, and to work with a collaborative and experienced team.

The role
  • Providing strategic employment law advice to a high-calibre client base, including employers across a range of sectors
  • Managing your own caseload, including contentious and non-contentious matters
  • Advising on complex employee relations issues, restructures, TUPE, senior exits and tribunal claims
  • Building trusted client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the practice
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
About you
  • Qualified Employment Solicitor with strong post-qualification experience (Senior Associate level)
  • Confident handling advisory matters alongside your own cases
  • Commercial, pragmatic and client-focused in your approach
  • Comfortable working with autonomy while valuing teamwork and collaboration
