Associate / Senior Associate– Private Client Offshore (International)

A highly regarded, top-tier Private Client Offshore team is seeking an Associate (3–5 PQE) to support continued growth and work with an exceptional roster of international HNW and UHNW clients. This is a rare opportunity to join a market-leading practice known for its technical expertise, collaborative culture, and long-standing reputation in cross-border private client work.

The Opportunity

You will join a well-structured and expanding Offshore team within a broader Private Client group covering onshore advisory, disputes, family, residential property, and art & luxury. The role offers immediate exposure to complex and high-value matters, with strong support from senior lawyers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising HNW / UHNW clients on UK and offshore wealth structuring
  • Establishing and advising on trusts and other wealth-holding vehicles
  • Cross-border succession planning and drafting Wills
  • Providing technical UK tax advice to internationally mobile clients (UK resident and non-resident)
  • Coordinating planning across multiple jurisdictions with lawyers, accountants, trustees, and family offices
  • Managing UK asset acquisitions / disposals (frequently property)
  • Acting as day-to-day adviser on ongoing and new client matters
  • Supporting business development and contributing to the growth of the practice
About You
  • England & Wales qualified solicitor
  • 3–5 years PQE in private client, ideally with offshore or international experience
  • Strong understanding of UK tax and cross-border advisory work
  • Confident working with HNW / UHNW clients
  • STEP qualified or willing to undertake the qualification
  • Strong academic background and ability to think creatively
  • Highly professional, proactive, and collaborative
