Who we’re looking for

• 6+ PQE in employment law
• Confident working independently on employer-focused matters
• Commercial mindset with BD or networking experience
• Organised, proactive, and able to collaborate cross-functionally
• Entrepreneurial and motivated by the opportunity to build something meaningful

Salary & Benefits

• £60,000–£70,000 (depending on experience)
