What You’ll Be Doing

• Advising both employers and trustees on day‑to‑day management and regulatory matters.
• Working on more complex matters such as scheme reorganisations, funding negotiations and risk‑transfer exercises.
• Drafting and interpreting scheme documentation and governance materials.
• Working closely with senior lawyers on complex, strategic advisory work.
• Engaging with clients directly and managing your own matters as your experience grows.
• Contributing to team know‑how, training sessions and business development activities.
