You will handle a diverse range of employment matters, collaborating with clients from independent schools to AIM-listed companies. Our client is a modern and forward‑thinking commercial firm recognised in the Legal 500 and they are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their growing practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse client base, from owner‑managed businesses and independent schools to AIM‑listed companies and global organisations. You will advise on both contentious and non‑contentious employment matters, including contracts, severance, redundancy, tribunal disputes, and strategic HR support. You'll also collaborate with our corporate team on transactions and play a key role in shaping the continued growth of our employment practice.
We are looking for a qualified solicitor (5+ years PQE or equivalent) with strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills. You should be confident working autonomously while enjoying the benefits of a collaborative team environment.
