Job summary
A well-established organization in the industrial sector is looking for an experienced HR professional to manage HR operations on a part-time basis. You will oversee HR support across two sites, engage with a diverse workforce, and ensure legal compliance with UK employment law. Key responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, and HR documentation. Ideal candidates will have proven HR experience and excellent communication skills. Qualifications
- Proven HR experience, ideally within manufacturing or operational environment.
- Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law is essential.
- Strong experience managing recruitment and onboarding processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
- Manage the full recruitment process including job postings and onboarding.
