Dr. Barbara Sturm is looking for a VIC Executive to join the VIP team on a six-month fixed-term contract.

In this role, you will deliver exceptional, bespoke service for a discerning global clientele. Acting as a trusted point of contact, you will manage one-to-one communications across email, WhatsApp, and phone with warmth, precision, and discretion—whether fulfilling private client orders, resolving product shipping queries, or coordinating bespoke requests.

Alongside client service, you will gain exposure to creative projects and exclusive global events. Combining organisational excellence, problem‑solving skills, and brand ambassadorship, you will help create extraordinary experiences that strengthen client relationships and uphold the prestige of Dr. Barbara Sturm.

The Opportunity
What you'll get to do
Client Relations & Operations
  • Manage shared inboxes and respond promptly and professionally.
  • Handle daily private client communications (email, WhatsApp, and phone), including occasional evenings/weekends.
  • Coordinate bookings and special orders with global spa teams.
  • Oversee product send-outs (written notes, packaging, warehouse logistics, tracking).
  • Maintain Privé stock and ensure supply of products, merchandise, and collateral.
  • Raise POs and manage supplier relationships.
  • Maintain and organise the digital creative archive.
  • Manage global luxury events calendar.
  • Manage brand partnerships tracker.
  • Research new brands, events, and opportunities to strengthen partnerships.
  • Contribute creative “surprise and delight” initiatives.
Creative & Strategic Support
  • Brief creative assets to the internal copy and design teams and manage timelines.
  • Support new product launch strategies.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing new ideas.
  • Join calls, take minutes, and share clear action points.
  • Manage small projects, including bespoke corporate gifting initiatives.
Private Events & Brand Representation
  • Support luxury events: invites, schedules, guest lists, and coordinating assets.
  • Assist with venue sourcing and supplier liaison.
  • Curate guest lists, manage RSVPs, and provide exceptional hospitality.
  • Support set‑up and on‑site execution of events (masterclasses, fireside chats, luncheons, dinners), including with the brand founder. Flexibility for travel and early mornings/late evenings required.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and network confidently.Follow up post‑event, including onboarding new Privé members and compiling reports with insights and recommendations.
