A social housing organization in the UK is seeking an experienced Income Management Advisor to support customers in managing their rent and maximizing their income. The role involves managing customer accounts, providing tailored advice, and preparing cases for court. The ideal candidate has experience in income recovery, knowledge of housing law, and excellent communication skills. This full-time position offers a mix of working from home and in the office, with a commitment to customer wellbeing.
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday-Friday)
Workstyle: Roaming - a mix of working from home and office
Other requirements: Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
