Our Dynamics Practice and Power Platform Team is at the forefront of delivering innovative, high-impact solutions to leading Financial Services organisations and large Government clients. We’re actively expanding in the Finance & Operations (F&O) space to meet the growing demand for digital transformation and intelligent business applications.

Our experienced consultants work closely with clients to craft strategies that align with their unique goals—driving sustainable growth and long‑term success in a rapidly evolving landscape.

• Autonomy/Trust: As the first Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Architect in the team, you will have the autonomy to shape and define the architecture and processes, playing a crucial role in the project's success. We trust your expertise and vision to lead the way in building our capabilities.

• Contribution/Impact: This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within our organisation by leading and influencing a large‑scale Government project. Your contributions will be pivotal in driving the success and growth of our team and capabilities

• Training/Learning Influence: We are committed to your professional growth, offering continuous training and learning opportunities. Additionally, you will have the chance to influence the development and training of other team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

• Proven D365 FO Delivery Expertise – Demonstrated hands‑on experience with end‑to‑end implementations of D365 Finance in the banking sector, preferably in environments managing high volumes of financial transactions, supported by deep functional knowledge across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Tax/GST, and management reporting.

• Business & Technical Integration Skills – Skilled in gathering and translating business requirements, analyzing business processes, mapping them to D365 F&O capabilities, and supporting integrations with third‑party systems, Power BI, AFAH, and data/security management.

• Analytical Problem Solver – Strong ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical and functional issues, providing practical and scalable solutions aligned to business needs.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Finance, Business, or a related field.

• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (MB‑310) required.

The successful candidate should hold or be capable of obtaining Security Clearance to work with UK public sector organisations.
