Morgan Fire Protection’s Service Desk Administrators

Provide support to the Service Desk team with administrative tasks, data entry, data cleansing and system work. Provide administrative support in a fast‑paced, busy and varied work environment.

  • Manage incoming service desk calls and email enquiries from existing and potential clients.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors regarding new and ongoing work requirements.
  • Update customer and subcontractor portals to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date information.
  • Resolve client queries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Set up new customers and sites within the company operating system (CASH).
  • Create new jobs, schedule engineer visits, and maintain accurate job records in CASH.
  • Liaise with engineers by phone and email to support job completion and operational efficiency.
  • Arrange engineer logistics, including parking and hotel bookings.
  • Manage new and existing client contracts, ensuring compliance and service continuity.
  • Chase purchase orders for scheduled work to ensure timely completion of visits.
  • Prepare written and verbal quotations for new and existing business through CASH.
  • Monitor CASH grids to ensure all data is accurate, consistent, and up to date.
  • Communicate with clients regarding lost business and record details accurately to support attrition reporting.
  • Participate in monthly team meetings and contribute to ongoing service improvements.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support as required by the Manager.
