The Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Business Development Manager to take ownership of referral growth and market presence across the luxury and middle-market property sectors. This is an autonomous, results-driven role where you'll have the freedom to shape your own approach and strategy.

You will establish and nurture relationships with property professionals across prime central London and key markets-building strategic partnerships that deliver sustained revenue growth.

This role is for someone who is already trusted and well-connected in the industry, understands both the luxury and aspirational property landscape, and has an established network of contacts ready to activate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage existing relationships with property consultants to generate high-quality, qualified referrals
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with estate agents, property managers, relocation agents, and developers
  • Shape and execute sophisticated outreach strategies that reflect deep understanding of the property market and what motivates referrers
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and design teams to ensure a seamless, premium client experience
  • Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Report on pipeline development, deal flow, and referrer activity with clear commercial insight
About You
  • You have 3+ years of experience in the property market, particularly luxury and/or middle-market (e.g. estate agency, development, relocation, property staging, or similar sectors)
  • Alternatively, you've worked in a senior business development role for a furniture rental or staging company and bring your own established network of property consultants
  • You're already well-connected in the London property industry, with strong, active relationships you can leverage
  • You have a growth mindset and are excited by the opportunity to be part of a scaling business
