Building Surveyor – Leatherhead, Surrey

The business focuses on delivering a quality service to their clientele and has ambitious growth plans to extend their offering in the future. As part of these plans, the business is now recruiting for a Building Surveyor to join their highly motivated team.

The Role

• Measured surveys and production of CAD drawings
• Develop specifications and tender packs as well as contract administration
• Further training opportunities

The Person

• Building Surveying experience, with a related degree
• Eager to learn and progress in their career
• Commutable distance from Leatherhead
• Driver's licence and own vehicle

In this role, your time will be split between the office and site, working closely with clients and colleagues. You will be responsible for measured surveys, contract administration, preparing feasibility studies, and the submission of planning and building control applications. You will be encouraged to expand your knowledge and skillset through self-development, mentorship from senior staff, and a dedicated CPD budget.
