Overview

Job Title: Stock Condition Surveyor (Temporary, 3-6 Months)

Location: Edinburgh

Salary: £25 per hour + 45p per mile (business mileage)

Contract: Temporary (3-6 months)

Responsibilities

• Visit properties across Edinburgh to inspect communal areas.
• Verify, update, and cleanse SHQS data within the Keystone system.
• Record and input accurate information following site visits.
• Travel independently between sites using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Ensure all tasks are completed in line with agreed timescales and data quality standards.
