Senior Surveyor (Infrastructure & Regeneration) – Build the World You Want to Live In

Are you ready to shape the towns, cities, and infrastructure projects of the future? Our client – a leading Utilities & Infrastructure consultancy – is expanding their Infrastructure & Regeneration team and seeking an experienced Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join their growing team in the South. From city centre regeneration and clean energy schemes to biodiversity gains and future transport projects, you'll play a vital role in delivering the infrastructure the UK needs for the 21st century and beyond. The role can be based in Birmingham (with excellent transport links) or another office location to suit, with regular travel across sites nationwide.

What You'll Do

• Provide professional advice on valuation, acquisition, and disposal of land and rights across varied property types
• Deliver valuation reports in line with client instructions and RICS Valuation Standards
• Manage estates across a wide range of portfolio types
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Guide and supervise Graduate Surveyors while managing your own workload
• Support Partners on projects while developing leadership and management skills
• Contribute to business planning and the implementation of best practice systems
• Ensure compliance with all legal and professional standards

What We're Looking For

• MRICS qualified (ideally a RICS Registered Valuer)
• Proven experience in valuation, estates, or infrastructure property
