They are looking to grow a new team with the addition of a MRICS Senior Building Surveyor based in Birmingham. Role Overview

As a key member of the Building Consultancy team, you will advise clients on a wide range of building surveying matters including:

• Building surveys and defect analysis
• Dilapidations and schedules of condition
• Licence for alteration assessments
• Technical due diligence and reinstatement cost assessments
• Coordination of national portfolio projects across a wide range of sectors including commercial, retail, banking, and heritage
• You\'ll work closely with clients, both existing and new, and play an active part in business development and networking initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a broad spectrum of professional services: dilapidations, technical due diligence, planned preventative maintenance, and more
• Provide advice on technical, financial, legal, regulatory, and sustainability matters relating to property and buildings
• Instruct and coordinate external consultants when needed
• Maintain excellent client relationships and support business growth initiative.

• MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
• Strong communication, organisational, and client-handling skills

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Holds a full, clean driving licence
