Role and responsibilities
  • Work closely with an experienced team on a range of projects across commercial, residential, retail, heritage, and public sectors.
  • Gain hands-on experience across professional and project services, including condition surveys, defect diagnosis, contract administration, and refurbishment management.
  • Support senior team members in delivering a wide range of surveying services.
  • Conduct building surveys, prepare reports, and assist with project management.
  • Gain sector experience across commercial, education, heritage, and retail projects.
  • Receive structured training and mentorship to ensure APC success.
  • Build client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
The ideal candidate
  • Qualifications: BSc/MSc in Building Surveying or a RICS-accredited degree (essential).
  • Experience: Previous construction or property experience is desirable.
