Role and responsibilities
- Work closely with an experienced team on a range of projects across commercial, residential, retail, heritage, and public sectors.
- Gain hands-on experience across professional and project services, including condition surveys, defect diagnosis, contract administration, and refurbishment management.
- Support senior team members in delivering a wide range of surveying services.
- Conduct building surveys, prepare reports, and assist with project management.
- Gain sector experience across commercial, education, heritage, and retail projects.
- Receive structured training and mentorship to ensure APC success.
- Build client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
The ideal candidate
- Qualifications: BSc/MSc in Building Surveying or a RICS-accredited degree (essential).
- Experience: Previous construction or property experience is desirable.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication.
- Mindset: Dedicated, enthusiastic, and eager to progress through the APC process.
- Attitude: A proactive learner with a keen interest in a varied role.
