The Role
This position offers a blend of estate management and general practice work, supporting key clients and contributing to strategic land and business reviews. You'll be part of a high-performing team known for technical excellence and trusted advisory services.

- Act as principal agent for a portfolio of estate management clients
- Conduct estate and farming business reviews
- Lead and advise on rural diversification projects
- Handle a variety of rural general practice matters
Candidate Profile
We're looking for a confident and capable professional with:
- MRICS qualification (Rural pathway preferred)
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience
- Strong leadership potential and relationship-building skills
