Job summary

A global fast-food brand is looking for a Senior Estates Surveyor to manage its property portfolio across the UK. This role involves leading negotiations, providing strategic advice on cost control and asset performance, and ensuring compliance with statutory obligations.   • Lead lease negotiations, rent reviews, renewals, and land acquisitions/disposals.
  • Provide strategic advice on estate optimisation, cost control, and asset performance.
  • Liaise with landlords, agents, solicitors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support store redevelopment and relocations.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and internal governance.
  • Prepare and present property deals, valuations, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Advise on planning, development, rating systems, compulsory purchase, and compensation.
  • Represent the company in industry bodies such as RICS, PMA, and Accessible Retail.

Overview

As a Senior Estates Surveyor, you’ll be instrumental in managing and optimising our property portfolio across the UK. You’ll deliver strategic estate management across a large geographical region, ensuring our assets support business priorities and deliver long-term value for our restaurants, franchisees, and customers.
