Dynamite Recruitment is partnering with a leading HVAC company in Southampton, boasting 80+ employees and state of the art, modern facilities! They’re currently looking for a motivated Mechanical Engineer to join their team in a new Trainee Application Engineer position. The role actually combines estimating, CAD design, customer account management and internal sales, giving you exposure across their most lucrative department whilst involved in complex technical work.

The successful candidate will hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering OR have relevant experience within a mechanical engineering role (experience does not need to be HVAC specific). They will demonstrate a strong desire to transition into, and develop within, a long term office based position.

This is an excellent opportunity to receive industry leading HVACR training in a highly specialised company!

• Up to £30,000 basic (Potential stretch to £32K upon discussion)
