As a Software Engineer – Fullstack Developer at JPMorgan Chase in the Global Technology division, you will play a key role in designing and delivering strategic enhancements to our technology platforms. Job Responsibilities

• Spearhead the delivery of greenfield initiatives to transform storage and access of loan-related legal documentation using AI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Trading, QR, Operations, and other teams globally to deliver exceptional loan management platforms.
• Contribute to re-engineering and re-architecting existing platforms for enhanced performance, availability, stability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Identify and implement solutions for recurring issues to improve operational stability of software applications and systems.
• Lead design and architecture discussions to leverage new and emerging technologies for complex business challenges.
• Provide leadership, support, and clear direction to team members globally to enhance team performance.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Demonstrate formal training or certification in Python and React concepts with advanced proficiency.
• Deliver high-quality, timely solutions for business needs.
• Apply hands‑on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Develop, debug, and maintain code in a large corporate environment using modern programming languages.
• Understand the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Possess formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with advanced proficiency.
