Junior Scrum Master à Grande-Bretagne

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Networking or Telecom to guide Agile teams in delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure networking solutions. You will work closely with product owners, network engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives)
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog
• Track and report team metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, etc.) to support data-driven decisions
• Align team outputs with networking project goals (e.g., SD-WAN, LAN/WAN upgrades, network automation)
• Coordinate with engineering leads and architects on solution design and deployment
• Act as a bridge between Agile processes and traditional network operations
  
  

• 3+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile software or infrastructure environments
• Strong background in Networking or Telecom, preferably with hands-on experience in:
• Routing & Switching (e.g., OSPF, BGP, MPLS)
• Network Security (e.g., Firewalls, VPN)
• Wireless technologies or SDN/NFV is a plus
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and network automation tools (Ansible, Python, Terraform)
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent certification
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant-leadership skills
  
  

• Experience in Agile transformation in traditional IT/networking environments
• Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Rally)
