Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience with Routing, Switching, and Network Security.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for Agile teams.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and remove impediments.
• Coordinate with engineering leads on solution design.
