A leading apprenticeship provider in the UK is seeking a passionate Multi-Skills Learning Coach to support learners as they begin their careers in construction. This role involves teaching Brickwork, Plastering, and Carpentry skills, managing a caseload of apprentices, and providing essential feedback for their development. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction field and a relevant teaching qualification. Benefits include 34 days annual leave and generous pension contributions.

- Experience in construction or a related trade.
- Strong, up-to-date industry knowledge.
- Previous teaching experience in multi-skills or construction.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and coaching ability.
Responsabilités
- Deliver high-quality teaching on basic Brickwork, Plastering, and Carpentry & Joinery skills.
- Manage a caseload of Level 2 learners on Foundation Apprenticeship programmes.
- Mark assignments and assess apprenticeship tasks to ensure quality.
- Observe learner practice and provide constructive feedback.
