Qualifications

• Must have 18 months post qualifying experience including sign off of appropriate preceptorship.
• Trained in Clinical Supervision or willingness to work towards it within 6 months.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Work with health colleagues to support adults with learning disabilities.
• Enable access to health services for people with learning disabilities.
• Ensure quality improvement activities are ongoing.

Skills

Current professional registration with Nursing & Midwifery Council

Evidence of Continuing Professional Development
