This role involves teaching Brickwork, Plastering, and Carpentry skills, managing a caseload of apprentices, and providing essential feedback for their development. Qualifications

• Experience in construction or a related trade.
• Strong, up-to-date industry knowledge.
• Previous teaching experience in multi-skills or construction.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and coaching ability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching on basic Brickwork, Plastering, and Carpentry & Joinery skills.
• Manage a caseload of Level 2 learners on Foundation Apprenticeship programmes.
• Mark assignments and assess apprenticeship tasks to ensure quality.
• Observe learner practice and provide constructive feedback.
