Job Title: Site Manager - Roofing Project (Central London, Waterloo)
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a large-scale roofing and external works project in Central London (Waterloo).
Start Date: Approx. 4-6 weeks
Duration: 6 months minimum, with strong potential to extend to 12 months
Large-scale roofing works (standing seam aluminium); Extensive scaffolding; Additional external works
- Oversee and coordinate multiple subcontractors on site
- Ensure the site is maintained to a clean, safe, and professional standard
- Monitor programme delivery and provide regular progress reporting
- Ensure full CDM compliance and adherence to H&S procedures
- Manage scheduling, quality standards, and project documentation
- Proven site management experience on construction projects
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience in managing subcontractors and maintaining site safety
- Familiarity with programme and reporting requirements
- Background in hard metal roofing (standing seam / aluminium) is highly desirable, but not essential
