• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Electrical installation from strip-out through to commissioning.
• Coordinate closely with electrical teams and other trades on-site.
• Ensure work is delivered on time, to spec, and within budget.
• Liaise with clients, main contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Manage subcontractors, materials, and site logistics.

Fawkes & Reece are currently looking for an Electrical Project Manager for well known M&E Sub Contractor in London. Looking to turnover 90m this year, this company is growing rapidly. You'll be taking full ownership of the Electrical package on a new and exciting commercial Project. Leading the delivery from pre-construction through to handover. Managing labour, subcontractors, and suppliers, you'll ensure programme and commercial targets are met while maintaining quality and compliance throughout. Whilst also covering the design and pre-con for a Commercial project.

Key Responsibilities
