Job summary
A major consulting firm is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a 6-month contract in Glasgow. You will play a key role in a transformation project focused on global workforce mobility, partnering with stakeholders to define requirements and lead process improvements. Ideal candidates should have proven experience in process analysis and the ability to work independently. The role offers competitive daily rates and a hybrid work model, requiring 2 days per week onsite in Glasgow.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong process analysis expertise.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex problems.
- Familiarity with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to define and document requirements.
- Lead process analysis workshops to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Support project delivery through stakeholder engagement and change management.
Skills
Contract: 6 months (initial)
Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week in Glasgow
Rate: £450 per day (flexible for the right candidate)

- Partner with business stakeholders to define and document requirements.
- Lead process analysis workshops to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Map processes and data flows to integrate with new technology solutions.
- Shape and prioritise business requirements within agile or waterfall frameworks.
- Support project delivery through stakeholder engagement and change management.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong process analysis expertise.
- Background in HR and/or Global Mobility desirable (e.g., visas, work permits, tax/social security implications) but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex problems.
- Skilled in facilitating workshops and building trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Familiarity with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
