Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at the Intellectual Property Office (IPO) you will join an established and supportive community of Business Analysts and work across all areas of projects and service lifecycle as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will work together with IPO colleagues, partner organisations and/or suppliers to ensure that approaches and outcomes are fit for purpose by meeting business needs, user needs and IPO standards. You will act as a facilitator, communicator and problem solver to elicit and document requirements. You will also be modelling processes for use within the project and for post‑implementation reference. You will be responsible for analysing existing and future ways of working, identifying options and assessing their impact. You must be able to build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating good leadership and collaborative working skills.
