Salary ranges from £50k to £65k based on experience, with additional benefits including health insurance and a flexible working model.

- Deliver post-go-live support to drive user adoption.

- Collaborate with technical teams on D365 CE integrations, data migrations, and Power Platform enhancements.
- Conduct process mapping and design "As-Is" and "To-Be" models to support D365 CE solution implementation.
- Analyse CRM data and dashboards to provide insights and recommend process improvements.
- Support testing phases (incl. UAT) and create tailored user training for D365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
- Deliver post-go-live support to drive user adoption and maximise value from D365 CE implementations.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering D365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
- Strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse within a business context.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, process modelling, and change management.
- Familiar with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies in CRM/ERP project environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical features into business value.
- Starting Salary: 50k- 65k (dependent on experience)
