A national sports governing body is seeking a Data Business Analyst to drive performance improvements. Swim England, based in Loughborough, is seeking a a Data Business Analyst to join their team.
Swim England is the national governing body for swimming in England. We help people learn how to swim, enjoy the water safely, and compete in all our sports.
Our vision is of a nation swimming and we strive to inspire everyone to enjoy the water in the way that suits them. We work with our partners to create engaging programmes that enable everyone to be active, have fun and stay healthy through swimming.
We are looking for an analytical and commercially minded Data Business Analyst to play a key role in driving performance improvement across Swim England. This role focuses on collecting, analysing and visualising data to provide meaningful insight that supports decision-making, risk management and strategic planning.
Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will identify process inefficiencies, develop scalable and automated solutions, and help embed a culture of continuous improvement. Your insight will empower leaders with accurate, timely and actionable intelligence that enhances productivity and strengthens organisational performance.
In this role you will:
Knowledge of the sport sector.
