A leading tech consultancy is looking for a Business Analyst to join their Nottingham team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will focus on gathering requirements for SaaS applications, particularly Salesforce CRM, and will engage with stakeholders to deliver comprehensive functional specifications. In this hybrid role, working closely with various teams will be critical, and experience with agile methodologies is a must. We're on the hunt for a Business Analyst with experience of gathering requirements around software applications and more specifically SaaS applications and Salesforce CRM, if you have any experience of working on billing systems and platforms that would be amazing as well.
As a BA you will deal with stakeholders to gather requirements, run workshops and also challenge the thinking of stakeholders to deliver functional specifications for the team. Looking at Business Processes, creating user stories and aligning solutions to key business objectives are key.
You will work closely with a team that spans software engineers, project and product managers, you will also get involved in UAT and QA activities too. You'll need to have worked to agile methodologies and your technical experience in Salesforce will span Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud, if possible. Some understanding of API integrations would be really helpful too.
