Sewell Wallis are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Ledger Clerk to join a well-established business based in Bradford on an ongoing temporary basis.

The role has arisen to a period of growth and the successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive team reporting into a very personable manager.

The role will be providing support to the finance team, assisting mainly with the sales ledger function and assisting with credit control duties.

1. Scanning and referencing incoming invoices into the system.
2. Sorting and sending outgoing Accounts Receivable invoices.
3. Dealing with Accounts Receivable queries.
4. Completing and managing ongoing query spreadsheets.
5. Processing credit card transactions.

1. Have prior experience in a similar role.
2. Have strong excel skills.
3. Have strong IT skills or the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
