A leading pharmaceutical organization in King's Lynn is seeking a Financial Accountant to ensure accurate corporate accounting and high-quality financial reporting. This hybrid position offers a salary of £50k to £55k, alongside benefits such as generous leave and pension contributions. Bespak are looking for a Financial Accountant for the Kings Lynn site, PE30 2JJ. The salary range for this permanent, hybrid position is between £50k and £55k. Our generous benefits package includes 28 days leave plus bank holidays, 8% company pension contribution to employees 3%, onsite parking and medical / dental / health / life assurance.
Work 7.5 hours + 30 mins lunch break, between 8am and 5pm (8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm). We can be flexible; This role offers a hybrid working pattern of 2 days WFH and 3 days onsite.

In this Financial Accountant role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate corporate accounting, regulatory compliance, and high‑quality financial reporting. You will take full ownership of intercompany transactions, balance sheet reconciliations, and posting journals to SAP to guarantee data integrity. A key part of your position involves preparing year‑end statutory accounts in compliance with IFRS and acting as a primary contact during annual audits. You will also support the Financial Controller with tax compliance, period‑end procedures, and capital expenditure appraisals. Finally, you will help drive continuous improvement by developing new policies and processes to enhance control and efficiency.
