The Role

Client Portfolio Management

• Prepare statutory accounts and comprehensive management accounts for diverse client base
• Manage your own client portfolio with direct relationship responsibility
• Handle VAT returns and compliance work with accuracy and efficiency
• Deliver business advisory services to support client growth and development

Team Leadership & Development

• Mentor junior team members providing technical guidance and career support
• Contribute to business development initiatives and practice growth strategies
• Support practice development through client relationship expansion
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and service delivery

What Youll Bring

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• AAT qualified or Qualified by Experience (QBE) with strong technical foundation
• 3-5 years UK practice experience in accounts preparation and client management
• Strong technical knowledge across statutory accounts management accounts and compliance
• Proficiency with accounting software (Sage Xero QuickBooks and other platforms)
