The role involves general repairs, refurbishment works, and participation in an on-call rota. Competitive mobile working rates range from £17 to £23 per hour, depending on experience. Occasional out-of-hours work may be required to meet customer needs.

Consilium Contracting Services are an extremely fast-paced 24/7 multi-trade contracting company, with this role based in Glasgow and covering the West of Scotland region. They operate primarily in the public sector for Housing Associations and Councils, managing social housing stock using a multi-trade approach. They also work in private domestic homes.
As a 24/7 reactive repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment company, they deliver more than 2,500 jobs each month, all measured against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). These jobs range from small repairs to larger works known as Voids.
- Reactive Joinery maintenance
- Planned Joinery maintenance
- General multi-trade repairs
- Locks/Ironmongery repairs and replacements (e.g., forced access)
- General refurbishment works for Voids
- Kitchen upgrades
- Bathroom upgrades
- Wet walling
- Medical adaptations
- General repair-type jobs
- There will be a requirement for occasional out-of-hours/overtime work to complete jobs and ensure customers\' essential needs are met.
- Additionally, you will be placed on an on-call rota (approximately 1 in 4).
- They request that you work your 8 hours per day in full, as start and finish times will be monitored.
