Job description

I am currently recruiting for a Carpenter to join a social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis covering Croydon. A basic DBS Check will need to be carried out if successful.

Carpenter Duties

• Carry out a range of carpentry repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, voids and occupied.
• Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames.
• Carry out works allocated by appointments.
• Have a valid UK Driving Licence.

Pay Rate

Temp - £21.40 per hour (CIS)

Hours

42.5 hours per week (Mon to Fri) 8:00am – 17:00pm with a half‑hour break.
